Centralized Upload Settings
All upload defaults + notification preferences live in the main dashboard
For a centralized view of all upload-system settings (daily limit, default privacy, failure email recipients, SMTP, today's activity), open Dashboard → Admin → Upload System. The settings here mirror those — change either place, both update.
